About rotating PDFs
Scanners and phone cameras love producing sideways pages. Rather than re-scanning, rotate the pages here: the fix is applied to the PDF's page settings, so quality is untouched and the file downloads in seconds. Rotate the whole document or just the pages you list.
How to rotate PDF pages
- Add your PDF.
- Choose the rotation — 90° clockwise, 180°, or 90° counter-clockwise.
- Apply it to all pages, or select Only these pages and type numbers like
2, 4-6. - Press Rotate PDF and download the corrected file.
Tips
- Rotation is added to any existing page rotation, so pressing 90° twice equals 180° — run the tool again if the first pass wasn't enough.
- Mixed orientations are fine: rotate only the landscape scans in a portrait document.
- Rotation is lossless — no re-rendering, no quality change, and usually no size change.
- Protected files should go through Unlock PDF first.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate just some pages?
Yes — choose 'Only these pages' and list them like '2, 4-6'. Everything else keeps its current orientation.
Does rotating lose quality?
No. Rotation updates each page's orientation setting rather than re-rendering content, so it's completely lossless.
The PDF still looks wrong after rotating — why?
Rotation adds to the page's existing rotation. If 90° wasn't enough, run the tool again or pick 180°/270° to reach the correct orientation.
