Before you write — quick answers
A tool isn't working? Try a hard refresh first (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) — it clears a stale cached copy, which fixes most one-off glitches. If the problem stays, tell us which tool, which browser, and what you clicked; that's everything we need to reproduce it.
Worried about a file you processed? Don't be — files are processed inside your browser and are never uploaded to us. Closing the tab removes everything. Our privacy policy explains the details.
